With the continuous enrollment policy, your signed contract will govern the entire term that the student attends WOGCA. The contract for each student in your family can be viewed in the Parent Portal beginning in January 2022. A NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE IS DUE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.

Tuition rates are set by the Academy Board and posted on the school’s website.

Tuition cost account for increase cost recruiting and hiring talented teachers, competitive services provided to our

students, as well as technology, curriculum fees, and cleaning and maintenance of our facilities due to safety

concerns.

 
  • Once the commitment letter is signed, the student(s) will be assumed to be enrolled for the 2022–2023 school year and the families will be liable for the full cost of associated tuition.

  • All student athletes will be invoiced a nonrefundable fee of $250 to be paid by August 1st for the academic year. Please note that the Athletic Fee will not secure the students spot on the team.

 

Additional cost will be communicated one month in advance. There may be times when students will have to fund their own meals during travel. Parents are encouraged to send their student athlete $15.00 per meal for the number of days they will be away.

Tuition and Fee Payment Policy

It is the policy of WOGCA to assess students for the entire academic year’s tuition. The school obligates for salaries, tests, and maintenance on an annual basis. Therefore, parents have the financial obligation for full tuition whether the student completes the school year. Tuition payment is made by execution of one of the following options:

CONTINUOUS PAYMENT PLAN

Payment begins June 1, 2022 ending May 1, 2023 for 12total payments

SINGLE PAYMENT PLAN

Full tuition due on March 1, 2022, for returning students OR Full tuition due on April 1, 2022, for newly registered/enrolled students

Extended Day Program

Starting in Fall 2022, parents may enroll their child(ren) in the WOGCA Extended Day Program for 6 – 8th grade students. We offer quality, supervised care between 2:15pm and 6:00 pm for grades six through eight. 

  • Homework support

  • Social Activities

  • Snack and drink will be provided at 3:00pm

  • Dinner will also be provided at 5:00pm

  • Students will be required to help clean up both the gym, cafeteria, and game areas before they leave.

The WOGCA Extended Day Program will begin September 1st ending June 9th :

Please note that hours vary slightly on certain days depending on the school day schedule. Capacity is contingent on space and appropriate coverage for our learners.

Student accounts who withdraw from the Extended Day Program before the end of year will be billed for the total of the discount and the cancellation fee.
